All prices are subject to standard requirements and all dates are subject to availability.
Hire fees include:
- Room hire from 2.00pm (get in time)
- Use of PA equipment in situ with technician / operator. Additional equipment requirements are subject to rate card
- Use of lighting rig equipment in situ with technician / operator. Additional equipment requirements are subject to rate card
- Venue staffing to help with set-up
- Website and Facebook announcement / listing (if requested)
- Use of our online box office for ticketed events (booking fees are applied)
- Further marketing support subject to rate card (if required)
